The Pennys had the most perfect, copper-filled, modern wedding at The Conservatory at Evergreen–one of the coolest (and newest) venues I’ve shot at. When I tell you that Kennedy thought about every detail of their day, I literally mean it. She thought of EVERYTHING, including a custom veil with her own drawings, references of horses that are imbedded so deeply in her life, handwritten notes and personal photos for every single guest’s table setting. Walking into The Conservatory, it just felt “so Kennedy”.
I could make a terrible pun for a wedding involving two optometrists (“She has such an eye for detail! Of course two optometrists would get married in a glass house like The Conservatory at Evergreen”), but I’ll hold back. But it’s true, Kennedy and Tyler met in Optometry school and the two quickly knew they found their perfect match. Kennedy is an intentional person who loves so deeply and unconditionally and deserves someone who matches that kind of love. Tyler may be more quiet with his love, but he loves Kennedy fully and brings a lightheartedness to their duo which makes them so adorable.
Kennedy, I can’t imagine a bigger cheerleader for me and you should know that your note left me in tears. I hope everyone finds moments to feel as appreciated as you made me feel reading it. It will sit on my desk forever. <3
