a couple weeks ago, i got to spend a morning with emily shooting her senior photos. i’ve got quite a few seniors this year (something i wasn’t expecting and am SO thankful for) and so far, only 2 made me sit back and wonder how in the WORLD they can be old enough for senior photos: emily and my brother. see, emily and i go pretty far back. starting when she and my aforementioned brother went to the same babysitter when they were littles and she was merely that ADORABLE girl with blonde curls. then, in high school i worked with emily’s dad and fast forward to a few years ago when i worked with him again! i’ve been keeping tabs on this cutie for years and i’m so excited to see what the next decade holds for her. maybe by then i’ll be able to grasp the fact that she was old enough for senior photos.
