Where does one begin when trying to talk about a day like The Buchanans wedding? Jamee and Clayton are high school sweethearts which means there are a LOT of people who love them with their whole chest, which makes sense since there’s no other way to feel about people like Jamee and Clayton. Jamee is loving, bold, headstrong, and a true go-getter. Clayton is a quiet force, sweet, a give the shirt off his back (or shoes off his feet…) kind of guy. They love in different but equally magnetic ways. To be around them is a true blessing and to be loved by them is a gift.
You may remember Jamee from when I shot her brother Brian’s wedding 8(!!) years ago. I fell in love with their families, so you know when Jamee reached out to me I almost did a backflip. Their entire day was her brainchild and she even created basically everything herself, no small feat given her work and life schedule. All that to say, their wedding was “so Jamee”.
I’m eternally grateful for Jamee and the entire French (and Buchanan) family. They are truly the best people.
