sometimes when i go to write blog posts for my couple’s weddings, i curse myself a little for not writing it right away since certain details and emotions disappear so soon, post-wedding. that does not pertain to heather and beau’s day. i can recall the way i felt all day, feeling so completely lucky and blessed to be part of such an amazing couple and family’s day.
on their wedding day, heather and beau were so connected and in sync. i really can’t explain it any more than that. they share a deep connection and treat each other with such kindness, love, and admiration. their wedding was so much more than just a party that day, which is the whole point, right? simply being there and capturing it was a great joy.
i wish you two all the best, especially on your new adventure in nashville! here’s to some hot chicken and honkey tonk!

this wedding had 2 sets of twins. can you spot them?
a groom and his sisters. love this. also, one of the sets of twins is in this photo!
you know you’re tall when…your wingspan encompasses all of the bridesmaids.
we had so much time for bridal portraits, which rarely happens. i was pretty sure they were going to kill me after my third “can we just snap a few more of just the two of you over here?” request. the result is perfection and i think they’ll be happy they took the time.
