life: sebastian; southern indiana family photographer

sweet sebastian and his mom, who are my cousins (or something like that) and related to me both through my dad and my mom (that’s a story for another day), live in mozambique and are making their yearly trip to the states. they first stopped in southern indiana to visit family here and will eventually make their way to california, where we’ll see them once again for sebastian’s aunt’s wedding in big sur, which i’m photographing! whew. did you follow?
sebastian is just over a year and is so so sweet. i’ve never spent time with a bilingual child and found it so interesting. and also confusing as i don’t know a lick of portuguese. luckily enough, the language of laughter and love are universal and we shared plenty of both.

gear used: canon 5d mark ii, canon 85 1.2L, canon 35 1.4L
