christmas was in the air in french lick • west baden well before thanksgiving, but when i stopped by the french lick springs hotel earlier this week, i discovered it’s in full swing. the first image is of the paoli courthouse; i love love love the 3 tiers of wreaths. contrasted on the stark white building, i think it looks classic, classy and beautiful. if you’ve never been to this area during the holidays, you’re missing out. especially vital to see is the 2 story christmas tree in center of the already jaw-dropping atrium at the west baden springs hotel.
