so i think i somehow failed to mention on here (i’ve made several mentions on my ‘personal blog‘), but we booked a trip to europe this summer. brussels and amsterdam, to be more specific. after those two lovely places, we’ll meet up with the rest of my family in southern germany. excited is an understatement.

as a means to calm some of this excitement (and add a little color to my house), me being a 5 year old stuck in a 27 year olds body and all, ben and i made a paper chain. i have to admit, making a paper chain while chilling with my 9 year old brother was a pretty big highlight of my month. i think it turned out awesome, don’t you?

and in case you’re wondering, as of today, 62 days left! and counting, of course.

btw, this is our new chalkboard wall, isn’t it great? beyond the color (i’m bordering on obsessed) i think it will be totally cool all doodled up.
