i’m going to always thinking back to makenzie and tom’s day as “magic light wedding”. was shooting all bride, groom, and bridal party portraits within 18 minutes (since that’s all the daylight we had left) stressful? you betcha! but was it worth it for the most yummily-lit bridal photos?? uh, yes. i can’t even with how beautiful these photos are and that doesn’t even touch the beauty of makenzie and griff.
while neither are from jasper, they took their current lives in maryland, brought griff’s family from montana and joined all of that here in jasper where makenzie’s mom was raised. it was a great day, filled with love shared by family who probably don’t get to see each other enough. thank you, makenzie and tom, for having me be part of your day!!

tom was killing me up at the alter. there’s nothing like seeing a 6’6″, coast guard, teddy bear struggle to keep it together. i barely held it together!
i had to end on this photo because it makes me smile the way that you see how griff literally dwarfs makenzie. and most people he stands next to. 😉 <3
