it’s that time of year! putting together these “year i review” posts, while time-cosuming, are so fun for me! it’s great for me to look back and see where the year took me and to see how much i’ve grown. a handful of year into this business and i still see myself growing and developing as a photographer with every single wedding and session. i love it.

this year’s engagement sessions brought me some truly lovely couples and took me to some astounding locations, starting with boulder, colorado. first session after having a baby in colorado? no pressure! i also had the pleasure of returning to bloomington for a session, which always makes me happy. e-sessions continue to be my favorite sessions to capture and i feel like i’ve really gotten into my groove with them. i just love those hours to casually get to know my couples and almost always leave having fallen in love with their love!

you’ll see some of these couples in my next wedding post and others have me SO excited for their 2015 wedding. seriously, 2015 is going to be amazing.
