meet claire! aka, my first baby of 2013! i hadn’t done a newborn shoot in quite some time, so i was thrilled when audrey called me. i was even MORE thrilled when she explained that she wanted more of a lifestyle shoot than an over-posed newborn shoot. nothing against that type of newborn photography–there are some photogs who are rocking the heck out of that–it’s just not me. i tried to be and it just doesn’t work. i feel this type of laid back, every day life kind of shoot compliments my wedding/engagement/family shooting style best.
this family is so sweet, i loved spending some time getting to know them and i’m so thankful they opened up their home to me. so without further ado, say hello to: andy, audrey, thomas, lila, james and claire!
