while their relationship began in high school and the years have gone by, that didn’t make jessica and justin and less nervous for their wedding day. nerves were high, but, as they often do, as soon as these two did their first look a literal weight was lifted. that’s one of the reasons i love doing first looks. that and all the extra time to complete photos, un-rushed, before the ceremony.

let’s face it, most of my correspondence happens with my brides, so i always get a little warm and fuzzy when a groom actually takes time during the day to thank me. justin did just that at the reception, followed by a “you’re doing great.” such a little gesture is a testament to these two. they’re so warm and caring and while justin doesn’t exactly love photos, i might take a gander that he’d admit to having just a little bit of fun taking them that day. 🙂
