oh i love these two. nikki is so bubbly, kind and full of life. i knew upon first emails that i was going to love working with her. our shoot last week confirmed all those thoughts! also, can we take a moment to admire how amazing cerulean blue and mustard yellow photograph together?! LOVE it!
nikki and garrett met while in school…at that college north of bloomington. you know. the one we hoosiers don’t speak of? something about peeee you? yeah. that one. 😉 anyway, they met in typical college fashion: at a party. their love has flourished since then, lasted while nikki received her masters degree, continued when garrett moved down here (he’s from the indianapolis area originally) and they got engaged this summer. i’m so excited for their wedding next august!
i love top image because i feel it totally characterizes nikki and garrett. big and small. garrett calls nikki half-pint because when they first started dating, nikki weighed literally half of what garrett did. nikki is this spritely little person and garrett, though quiet at first, is a totally comedic teddy bear. enjoy your sneak peek, you joyful couple!
