i am sure that by now, you’ve come to realize that my brother, ben, has a personality the size of texas and hair blonder than, well, blondie. said personality often comes up with the most bazaar comments. enter our car ride on the way to see cloudy with a chance of meatballs:

me: ben, i can’t believe you’re 8 today.

ben: i knoooooooooow

me: andrew, that means you’re exactly 10 1/2 this month. crazy! and that means i’m almost 26 1/2, which means i’m almost 27, which is even crazier.

ben: yeah, and you aren’t even married.

me: BENJAMIN JEFFREY!! followed by silence.
