so it’s been hot here. like really really really hot. so hot it’s ‘recommended to stay inside.’ yeah.
i had a photoshoot yesterday really early, which i was SO appreciative of. we still sweat like piggies at the fair, but it really wasn’t that hot. just unbearably humid. that early morning shoot left the rest of the day to lounge poolside with lots of ice cold beverages.
ps, in case you’re wondering, i rented a 50mm f/1.4 lens (via borrow lenses-highly recommend), which these and all shoot pictures from yesterday were taken with, and i’m IN LOVE. totally adding it to my list of needs.

Love the pics. How have you been? I was wondering if you might be willing to take some shots of Allison and Andrea when we are home in August. They are taking senior pics with a photographer up here, but I'd love to have you take some creative outdoor shots and maybe our family pic. What do you think?
