i’ve known laura for a very, very long time and though she doesn’t live in jasper (yet!), i’ve so enjoyed reconnecting with her over the past few years. when she contacted me (back when piper was born!) to take her 6 month photos while they were in town for thanksgiving, i might have squealed. fast forward 6 months and you know that murphy’s law or something where if a child gets sick, it WILL be during the holidays? yeah. piper was NOT feeling our photos. at all. it didn’t help that the weather snapped and it was FRIGID this day. ugh. poor dear. we managed to get some great family photos, so not all was lost!

laura, nate, i can’t wait til you’re closer, as in, 1/2 mile from my house!
