where do i begin? with the fact that one of my sneak peeks for this shoot was the most popular photo i’ve EVER posted on my facebook page? or that i think this family is pretty fantastic? or that when leaving the shoot, i was called “a sister from another mother?” any of those three will do.

seriously, i have mad love for this family. they know it, i know it, my family knows it. i mean, how often do you meet a family with TWO sets of twins? they have such an interesting and amazing dynamic that i just love to watch. as josh says, it’s so cool knowing that all 4 kids have a built in buddy/ally. i’d photograph/hang out with them every day of the week. they’re THAT fun. and let’s be honest, they’re pretty stinking good looking. they should just be called “the piercing blue-eyed family”. but i’ll shush and get on with the photos. they’re beautiful.

that photo of avery on the right is my favorite from the entire shoot. no way she’s only in 2nd grade; such a beauty, it’s a good thing she’s got 3 brothers.

this is another favorite. i love the rim light around max and i especially love little avery’s outline in the background.
